Chidinma was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012 after graduating from the Nigerian Law School and University of Lagos. She has worked with the Ogun State Ministry of Justice and a leading Legal Aid Organisation in Lagos respectively. She also served as a Legal Research Assistant to a Judge of the Federal High Court before joining PAC Solicitors.

Chidinma has over the span of 8 years, gained experience in Company Secretarial, Business Registration, Regulatory and Compliance, Corporate Governance, Intellectual Property and Real Property Law. She represents clients on Real property acquisition financing, cross border transactions and provides sound counsel to individuals and corporations on industry regulations. She is renowned for her track record of delivering value and exceeding expectations.

Chidinma has attended training programmes on Contract Drafting, Corporate Governance, Key Lawyering Skills, and Personal Effectiveness in Nigeria.

Chidinma is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).

Chidinma is a key member of the Company Secretarial, Intellectual Property Law, and Real Property Law Teams of the Firm’s practice. An excellent communicator and influencer with a high level of organization and efficiency, her soft skills and multi sectorial competencies have led her to becoming the Firm’s Manager, overseeing the administrative, human, finance and business operations of the Firm.
